As a broker, investor, and general contractor I've always enjoyed helping people get started and succeed as real estate investors. I've started my 14th year as a commercial real estate broker and investor helping clients find, buy, sell, and lease commercial real estate.
After working with clients ranging from first time buyers up to billion dollar plus energy companies in west Texas I can definitely say that my favorite client is the nervous first time buyer who is looking for a better retirement plan or a way out of a job they hate.
