A lot of content put out there today about real estate investing over complicates the business of real estate. It scares a lot of people away from investing and even scares a lot of real estate agents away from doing commercial deals for their clients.  The good news is it's just not that complicated.  In this episode I discuss some of the reasons for that and the misconceptions about real estate investing.  Anyone who has a desire to own investment properties can do it!
